Bathhouse
The bathhouse is approximately 525 SF with a 200 SF covered front porch. It has steps and an ADA ramp to access the bathhouse. Each side (men’s and women’s) has fiberglass showers, comfort height and standard toilets and culture marble sinks. Each side (men’s and women’s) is equipped with an (ADA) handicapped shower with grab bars, levered faucets and a comfort height toilet with grab bars. It also houses a coin operated washer and dryer. The bathhouse is not heated but it does have hot water and it is open from April 1st to December 1st weather permitting. We attempt to clean and restock the bathhouse a minimum of twice a day during slow weekends and up to 7 times a day on holiday weekends.
